MTC offers a competitive compensation package of base pay and outstanding fringe benefits for the talented individuals selected to join the MTC team. Our compensation packages are selected to provide competitive, market-based compensation to encourage a rewarding and successful career with our company.

MTC regular, full-time employees accrue vacation at a rate competitive with the market. New employees begin with up to two (2) weeks of vacation a year. In addition, full-time employees accrue up to six (6) days per year for personal matters or sickness.

All regular, full-time employees receive eleven (11) paid holidays per year.

|
|
Hospitalization/Major Medical coverage is available to all regular, full-time MTC employees and their dependents under various group policies. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following their date of hire. Employees who are TRICARE/CHAMPUS participants can receive a stipend to offset their premiums.

|
Dental coverage is available to all regular, full-time MTC employees and their dependents. Benefits begin the first of the month following date of hire.

A Vision Care Plan is available to all regular, full-time MTC employees and their families. Eye exams and coverage for contacts and glasses are also provided under this plan. The level of coverage you receive depends on the type of eyewear you prefer.

A life insurance policy is provided for all regular, full-time MTC employees at no charge to the employee.
|

|
|
|
|
Optional life insurance is offered to MTC regular, full-time employees for spouses and children. Premiums are paid by the employee and are reasonable, based on group rates and term insurance.

|
|
|
Long Term Care insurance is available to all regular full-time employees and their spouses. This coverage provides for nursing home coverage, professional home care, or total home care.

|
|
|
Full-time and part-time employees become eligible to participate in our 401k plan. Our 401k plan provides employer matching at 50% of the employee's contribution, up to the statutory limits and a maximum employer contribution equal to 5% of the employee's annual salary. Employer contributions are subject to a vesting schedule.

Employees can participate in the Flexible Spending Account (each calendar year) by deferring a portion of their gross salary.

|
MTC provides education assistance to regular, full-time employees, beginning six months after date of hire. For approved courses provided by an accredited educational institution, MTC will reimburse employees for the cost of tuition based on the grade received according to company policy and procedure.

|
Short Term Disability (STD) is available for extended illness and paid by MTC. This includes maternity benefits. Short Term Disability Buy-Up is available for full-time employees to purchase up to the maximum level allowed, in addition to the base STD benefit. Long Term Disability (LTD) is available for illness extending beyond the Short Term period. The premium is fully paid by MTC. Long Term Disability Buy-Up is available for full-time employees to purchase up to the maximum level allowed, in addition to the base LTD benefit.

MTC has established an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides professional and confidential assistance to all employees, spouses, and their dependents. Counselors are available 24 hours a day to discuss any type of personal issue an employee or his/her family may be experiencing. This program is available at no charge to employees.

|
All regular, full-time, part-time, and temporary employees (except managers and supervisors) may be eligible for an employee referral bonus for referring qualified candidates for certain positions within MTC, who are subsequently hired and meet length of service requirements.

Funeral leave as a paid leave of absence may be granted upon a death within the employee's immediate family. Jury/Witness duty allows pay for the period of jury/witness duty, which covers the difference between the court's remuneration and the employee's regular salary. Military duty allows employees who must attend required military duties/encampment in the Armed Forces Reserve or National Guard to be paid the difference between their military reimbursement and their MTC pay for a maximum of ten (10) MTC working days per year. Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)--Qualified employees may be eligible for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

MTC offers access to a variety of supplemental coverages through our brokers. Specific information is available upon hire.

Various MTC-sponsored social and recreational activities are held periodically for employees, e.g., monthly luncheons, Christmas parties, etc. All employees are eligible to participate.
