Each new MTC employee completes an initial web-based orientation course that covers the two key areas of our quality methodology:
- Excellence in Service (EIS)
- ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS)
This training is considered part of every employee's basic business practices training at MTC. In addition to standard web-based employee orientation, every new MTC functional staff employee participates in a comprehensive 8-hour formal classroom course that emphasizes application of MTC's quality methodology. For operations, all task leader and above personnel also receive formal classroom training, with a special focus on using our quality methodology to maximize customer satisfaction and business success.
