Primary Contracts
MTC and its wholly-owned subsidiaries act as prime contractor for a large portion of the company's contract activity. These contracts cover a wide range of activities, including: research, development, engineering, program management, information technology, software development, environmental activities, systems integration, logistics, prototype development, and other support. Where appropriate, the MTC subsidiary is named.

This contract provides for a wide range of diverse services and support for managing the development, design, testing, configuration, acquisition, logistics, training and fielding of equipment for fully integrated soldier systems. This includes support and assistance with the congressionally-established Soldier Enhancement Program (SEP), as well as Research, Development, and Test and Evaluation (RDTE) programs. The contract also provides for management, sustainment and administration of full life cycle responsibility for the Clothing and Individual Equipment (CIE) program(s); and integrating all non-system individual Soldier items developed by various PEOs/PMs and Research, Development & Engineering Centers (RDECs) into an effective, balanced system program. Support involvement can reach across and outside of the PEO Soldier /PM SWAR/PM SEQ structure to assist in joint projects, inter-service initiatives and other related programs (i.e., Rapid Equipping Force, Rapid Fielding Initiative) currently planned, underway or pending.
