Mr. Soin founded MTC Technologies Corp. in 1984, and has served as Chairman of the Board since then. Mr. Soin is a recognized entrepreneur, senior manager, and financial investor with a number of companies in his portfolio--including Soin International, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Mr. Soin is an active philanthropist and educator, and serves as a part-time lecturer for the Raj Soin School of Business at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Mr. Brown joined MTC in August 2006, bringing a wealth of operational and technical experience. He spent 21 years in the Air Force, where he served as a fighter pilot, retiring with the rank of Colonel. During 12 years with NASA, he served as a mission specialist on the 1989 Columbia and 1991 Discovery Space Shuttle missions, as well as a NASA manager. Following retirement from the Air Force, he served as an executive in the defense services industry.

Mr. Gearhardt joined MTC as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President in 2003. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gearhardt served as President of Carlisle Power Transmission Products from 2001 to 2003. From 1991 to 2001 Mr. Gearhardt served in various financial and executive positions with Mark IV Industries, Industrial Products Division.

Mr. Cauldwell joined MTC with the acquisition of Command Technologies, Inc. (CTI) in 2004. He joined CTI in 1994 after a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force. At CTI, he initially began as Task Leader and Senior Engineer in support of the Central MASINT Technology Coordination Office at Patrick AFB, Florida, and progressed in quick succession to the positions of Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President. Upon MTC's acquisition of CTI, Mr. Cauldwell became CTI President and MTC Vice President, followed by MTC Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Mitchell joined MTC on July 5, 2007. He came to MTC from the Lockheed Martin Aircraft and Logistics Centers in Greenville, South Carolina, where he was Vice President and General Manager for Aircraft Sustainment. His career also includes tenure with several aerospace and defense contractors and the U.S. Air Force. He is a decorated combat veteran who flew A-10, F-4, F-15 and T-38 aircraft.

Mr. Gilmore joined MTC with the acquisition of Manufacturing Technology, Inc. (MTI) in 2005. Previously MTI’s President and Chief Operating Officer, he served in various positions there after his arrival in 1999, including Director of Technical Services, Vice President, and General Manager. His career spans over 20 years in the defense engineering and technical services industry. Prior to joining MTI, he held various positions with the Harris Corporation and Sverdrup Technology. Now MTC Senior Vice President, he also serves as Deputy Director of the Modernization & Sustainment Group.

Mr. Shuey joined MTC in 1989 as a project leader in O’Fallon, Illinois. From there, he led several programs in San Antonio including the Spaceborne Direct View Optical System, which flew on the STA-33 space shuttle mission. In Warner Robins, Georgia he led numerous aircraft integration projects, and served as Operations Manager for MTC’s Warner Robins and Fort Walton Beach engineering operations. He also has served as the engineering group’s Technical Director and Director of the Legacy Systems Sector.

Mr. Teeters joined MTC in May 2005. Prior to joining the company, he served as Associate General Counsel to the Huffy Corporation from 2002 to 2005. He received the Huffy Corporation Manager of the Year award in 2003 for outstanding performance and service. From 1991 to 2002 he was in private practice with the Dayton law firm of Chernesky, Heyman, and Kress, PLL, becoming a partner in 1999. He was named in the 1999-2000 and subsequent editions of Marquis' Who's Who in American Law.

Mr. Catanzarita joined MTC in March 2005 in his current position. Prior to joining MTC he served in various financial roles, most recently as Senior Corporate Vice President of Finance for the worldwide operations of ManTech International Corporation, Inc. He has extensive background in ISO 9001 Certification, Sarbanes-Oxley administration, acquisition and disposals of companies, and due diligence for public offerings.

Ms. McNea joined MTC in July 2002. She has previously held the titles of Manager of Reporting and Internal Audit and Assistant Treasurer, and currently serves as Vice President and Treasurer. She also was a recipient of the 2005 MTC Chairman’s Award. Prior to joining MTC, she worked for two other publicly traded companies in senior corporate accounting and reporting roles, and also worked for KPMG LLP as an auditor. Ms. McNea is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Mr. Thumser joined MTC September 1, 2005. Before joining MTC, he served as Vice President and Director of Contracts for the Engineering, Test, and Analysis business unit of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). A career contracting officer and program manager, Mr. Thumser retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Colonel. At retirement, he was Director of Plans and Programs, and Director of Staff, Space and Missile Systems Center at Los Angeles Air Force Base.

Mr. Graber served as the Chairman of the Board of Huffy Corporation, a sporting goods manufacturer, from 1997 to January, 2004. Mr. Graber also served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2004; and President and Chief Operating Officer of Huffy from 1996 until 1997. Prior to joining Huffy, Mr. Graber held numerous executive positions with The Black & Decker Corp., including President of Worldwide Household Products Group from1994 to 1996 and President of its International Group from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Graber is a director of Huffy Corporation, Precision Castparts Corporation and Amcast Industrial Corporation.

Mr. Lyles has been an independent consultant since 2003. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Air Force for over 35 years, as: Commander of the Space and Missile Systems Center from 1994 to 1996; Director of the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization from 1996 to 1999; Vice Chief of Staff of the Headquarters of the U.S. Air Force from 1999 to 2000; and Commander of the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Lyles is also a director of General Dynamics Corporation and a director of The Dayton Power and Light Company.

Mr. MacDonald has been a member of the Office of the Chairman of National City Corporation, a $100 billion diversified financial holding company, since 2001. Responsible for regional corporate banking and capital markets, he also oversees international banking and the business development efforts of the company's other bank presidents. Mr. MacDonald joined the bank in 1968, and held numerous management positions in the company. Prior to being elected in his current position, he was President and CEO of Ohio Bank and Senior Executive Vice President of National City Corp.

Since 2002, Mr. Minihan has served as a Principal of the Homeland Security Fund for Paladin Capital Group, a private equity investment company. He has also served as President of the Security Affairs Support Association, an organization that enhances intelligence business development through industry and government partnership, from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 33 years, including assignments as Director of the National Security Agency from 1996 to 1999 and as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency during 1996. Mr. Minihan is a director of BAE Systems, Inc. North America and Verint Systems, Inc.

Mr. Skantze has worked as an independent consultant to defense and commercial companies. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 35 years, including assignments as: Commander, U.S. Air Force Systems Command from 1984 to 1987 and Vice Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force, from 1983 to 1984. As Commander of the U.S. Air Force Systems Command, he directed the research, development, testing, and acquisition of aerospace systems for U.S. Air Force operational support commands.
